~ After the tour began, the first notable species I spotted was this Prinia inornata, perched on a pair of reed stems in a ditch…most others in our group seemed to overlook this bird, perhaps seeking rarer quarry…it was gracious enough to remain in one place long enough for these images to be taken…the open-mouthed singing photo is a particular favorite
