~ Sam drove the safari van atop the only steep hill for many kilometers, which afforded a view of the Mara River during lunch…Deming and I were startled at the nearly tame docility of these Rufous-Tailed Weavers in a bush…they allowec us to closely approach them…such striking blue eyes they had!
