~ This series portrays the Hakka-constructed Yonglong Bridge (永隆桥) over the Wenchang River (文昌河) in Bizhou (壁洲), Liancheng County (福建连城县), Fujian…all images were taken with the EOS 1D X camera and the EF 14mm f/2.8L II ultra-wide lens…there was a light drizzle throughout the shooting, as clouds from approaching Typhoon Soulik were appearing…I carelessly failed to check the lens and thus 85% of the shots were taken with the automatic focus (AF) turned off, hence flawed…after turning the AF on, the image quality was once again satisfactory
