~ Perched on the blunt stub end of a large fallen leaf's stem was a Neurothemis fluctuans…this species is a denizen of the immediate area of a small ornamental pool in which Hylarana nigrovittata may be observed…these images required special care to focus on the eyes of the diminutive dragonfly, hoping that by doing so both leg spines and wing veins would be plainly visible
