~ Once leaving the developed area around Nairobi the richly green landscape below consisted of a series of disparate landforms. The flight was bound for Kichwa Tembo Airstrip to disembark arriving Brazilian guests of Angama Mara. The oxbows of the tree-lined Mara River were sharply defined. The view of Angama Mara on a high bluff overlooking the Mara Triangle was impressive. Kraals and thatched homes were readily visible when the aircraft descended on the approach.
