~ This was both my 4th visit to Macau and my 3rd visit to La Bonne Heure…our French meal was more than three hours of pleasure…duck breast in blueberry sauce for me…sea bass for Tong and Guoming…foie gras…crème brûlée…an Alsatian Riesling followed by a Chateauneuf-du-Pape…we were treated like princes…these images were taken by candlelight using a Canon PowerShot S95
