~ It was especially fortunate to have a brief encounter with a female Aethopyga christinae, Fork-Tailed Sunbird, on Russelia equisetiformis…although the Zeiss Makro-Planar T* 100mm f/2 ZE lens requires manual focus, it was possible to take one clear shot of it…nearby was the ignost showing where the various hides are located
