~ In an Equus quagga, Common Zebra, harem, females may show aggression through nipping, head-butting and hostile behavior...we observed two female Equus quagga in a protracted contest, with one repeatedly chasing after the other...when submission finally occurred it was a result of harsh interaction, as shown in this series
