~ As I arrived early for my meeting with SHENG Xinlei, I used the EOS 1D X and Zeiss Makro-Planar T* 100mm f/2 ZE to photograph these plum blossoms outside of the Hailong Building in Zhongguancun…it was striking how all of the passersby were seemingly so intent on their high-tech transactions that no one took more than a glance at the serenely lovely flowers...I wonder how frequently I absentmindedly do likewise, heedless of life's inherent natural grace?
