~ This was my 4th time to be a guest at Macau's La Bonne Heure…as ever, Chef Koji and the fine staff offered a superlative meal from start to finish…the French Riesling was a welcome indulgence…the duck breast in blueberry sauce was exceptional…and the foie gras was as sumptuous as ever…I'm looking forward to a 5th visit this coming Summer
