~ After Yin left for his Sichuan flight, I went to The Spaghetti House in the airport…the lunch fortified me for the long afternoon flight back to Beijing…I'd joked to Yin that the one part of Hong Kong that I'd like to bring back to Beijing was The Spaghetti House, as I'd love to visit it every week
