~ At the time Anhinga rufa, African Darter, was photographed at Mzima Springs, it was misidentified as being a cormorant due to inexperience and outright ignorance...slightly upper left of the bird in the images is the dark form of a resting Crocodylus niloticus, Nile Crocodile...this Anhinga rufa wasn't drying its wings, but its flared tail-feathers were especially attractive
