~ At the close of the first game drive in Amboseli National Park, the light was limited, streaming towards us from the west over Mt. Kilimanjaro at an angle that was was bright...a male Struthio camelus, Common Ostrich, approached as we observed...these images show the delicate steps of the bird as it crossed the track...in the final minutes of the game drive we spotted a Struthio camelus pair feeding not far from the track
