~ Spotting several dragonflies at rest in positions that seemed photo-friendly, I stopped at a small pond…a vigorously swimming Trachemys scripta elegans, Red-eared Slider, was in the pond…the color contrast of the charcoal carapace and the sunlit deep yellows within the pond resulted in pleasing, decorative images
