~ What a Joyous Christmas!…these images are the gifts received and opened on Christmas, 2012…although I taught six hours of classes and was alone most of the day, it was moving to receive such thoughtful gifts from China, Africa and the United States…my private love for dark soft-centered chocolates was met…word seems to have gotten around…so many have devoted thought, time and resources to provide a lovely Christmas to me…this is the second Christmas without both my Mother and sister, Nancy, thus it's especially poignant…the warmth and thoughtfulness of others causes me to feel so grateful
