~ Alongside the Ploceus subaureus nests, Amblyospiza albifrons, Grosbeak Weaver, had constructed larger, more elaborately woven nests...I mistakenly thought they were brood parasites, not realizing that what I was observing were females of another weaver species tending their own nests...it surprised me that the two species built nests adjacent to one another, without any evident territorial disputes
