~ After entering Amboseli National Park we initially drove very slowly through flat grassland...there were no other vehicles, as we saw many gathered at a distant location observing elephants...these images were the first species we saw, all at a distance in the grass...the Phacochourus africanus, Common Warthog, stood out in the early evening light, their dusty white skin contrasting with the blue lower bulk of Mt. Kilimanjaro in the distance
