~ This afternoon ZHU Zhiwen visited my UCAS Yuquanlu Campus apartment for the first time in over one year…he had been a graduate student here several years ago…his work as a wildlife conservation specialist in Jilin, Hunqun, in between North Korea and Russia, requires stamina, persistance and technical knowledge of GIS…after our productive meeting we used the EOS 1D X and the Zeiss Makro-Planar T* 100mm f/2 ZE mounted on a Manfrotto monopod to take these early evening portraits on the road south of the building where I live
