~ Throughout the 11-day safari, the sole Crocodylus niloticus, Nile Crocodile, we observed was at Mzima Springs...the helpful armed security guard, Roselyne, took great care to note its location, resting on the opposite shore behind fallen trees, and behind a perched Anhinga rufa, African Darter...this particular crocodile was a dark grey color, without any lighter patches
