~ After a pleasant day photographing Singapore's National Botanic Gardens, we returned to Holland Village, next to Bistro Petit Salut, where we ate the previous evening, this time for an Italian meal at Da Paolo…as I was concerned about my wherewithal, our meal was relatively plain, yet delightful, including a chilled bottle of Tuscan Vermentino wine from Montalcino, just right for a mildly humid night
