~ This series shows what we saw in the area surrounding the hilltop Museu de Macau…it was tranquil late afternoon…despite a number of visitors, the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant…I was especially pleased with the candid portrait of the gentleman leaning on a cast-iron cannon as it brought out and visually differentiated several dark tones in relatively limited late afternoon light
