~ Today would have been my late Mother's 89th birthday…Valentine's Day was permanently her day…one of the many qualities which I most miss about my Mother was her good-humored approach to meals…she enjoyed fixing spaghetti, feeling that it was a crowd-pleaser…she was right!…in her memory, I fixed pasta tonight, photographed with my long used Christofle Albi pattern sterling silver dinner fork, using the EOS 1D X and the Zeiss Makro-Planar T* 50mm f/2 ZE lens
