~ I slipped away from a business dinner, taking the Shanghai subway under the Huangpu River to Pudong, where I once again (more than half a dozen times already?) I enjoyed a meal at the 56th floor Cucina Restaurant in the Grand Hyatt Hotel in the Jinmao Tower…although I had no reservation, I was offered a window table with an unobstructed view of the Bund and Puxi…the meal was simple and highly satisfying…altogether a pleasant evening
