~ In previous visits to the Hong Kong Wetland Park I'd never knowingly observed Saxicola maurus, 黑喉石即鸟...this male was actively flying around distant metal poles, sometimes perching, other times flying between them…despite the distance, these few images had sufficient detail for a positive identification as well as illustrating the bird's distinctive flight
