~ This photograph of Merops oreobates, Cinnamon-chested Bee-eater, with a Lepidoptera sp. in its bill, was taken in the forested area on the southwest corner of the National Museums of Kenya in Nairobi…although the low-light conditions in the forested area reduced the plumage brilliance, the EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II super telephoto lens was able to capture the verve of this energetic bird
