~ With the camera and lens already aimed and focussed, it was effortless to begin photographing the female Aethopyga christinae, Fork-Tailed Sunbird, which landed in the small tree…this my first sighting of this species…both Tong and I were in an ideal shooting position, despite the small bird being semi-hidden in the shady foliage…the translucent tip of its tongue is slightly visible in several of these images
