~ For several months I hadn't enjoyed a conversation with Zing at his downtown international pub, Starry. A late afternoon lunch featured Valpolicella Superiore from Ilatium Morini Campo Prognai in the Veneto Region, which I love. Zing introduced me to his younger cousin, Dandan whose father passed away six weeks ago. The temperature was around 15ºC which was comfortable outside. I'd never before had clear images of wine being decanted, so a series of photos was made. It was the first alcohol I'd tasted in about four months, which was a pleasant change from my daily routine of tea and juice.
