~ The searing early afternoon heat and stifling air pollution affected us, nonetheless we enjoyed the verdant foliage around the summit of Kwan Yin mountain, including wild begonias…as on other days during our week-long visit, we saw ample evidence of the recent typhoon, including fallen tree branches
