~ The Enkoyanai pride was drying out while dozing on the grassy slope. A few lionesses raised their heads to keep watch, with all others stretched out, huddled together, having tongue-baths, or gaped-mouth yawning with their full dentition on display. The youngest cubs would look up and around for no more than a few moments before repositioning themselves close to their siblings. Sharing the occasion with the lions was a privilege. Their grace and beauty one of the highlights or returning to East Africa.
