~ Walking back to the south entrance, the view of Jiaohe Ruins (交河故城) shifted to include distant hills, grap-drying structures and clouds…as is sadly the norm, visitors flagrantly ignored signs asking them not to walk off of the walkway…compliance with reasonable guidelines for the common good is far too often a stranger here, as gross selfishness remains the status quo
