~ We'd driven for several minutes down the red earth track leading away from Rhino Valley Lodge...at that distance it was ideal for the EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II super-telephoto lens to capture the lodge buildings in the camera frame...I'd stayed alone in Room #5, which had three beds, a porch and a veranda — comfortable, clean and commodious, if one could manage the steep stairs leading downward to it
