~ These images, one of which is a crop from another, were taken in the pre-dawn period, looking eastward from my 8th floor kitchen window…the visual clarity of the layered color attracted my camera…shooting handheld at relatively slow shutter speeds at ISO 100 requires a steady hand, solid bracing and patience...it should be noted that none of these images has been in any way post-processed, aside from mild cropping
