~ An effective method for better understanding complex and compact camera equipment is to sketch them from various angles…the scrutiny of details and visual relationships and the need to accurately identify each part improves overall familiarity with technology…these sketches of the Sony CyberShot RX1 R full-frame camera were made with a Mont Blanc 149 Meisterstück fountain pen on A4 bond…I was seated at my desk in Beijing, with the camera propped at various angles on a cloth on the desk…colors were added with Staedtler markers…these images were scanned with an Epson Perfection V300 Photo scanner
