~ As I have no vision in my left eye, I frequently miss whatever might occur on that side...while on the covered veranda, looking out over Rhino Valley, I happened to turn leftward...a Paraxerus ochraeus, Ochre Bush Squirrel, was climbing along a sturdy branch...its rapid, jerking motion frustrated the auto-focus, save for these few satisfactory images...I'd never observed this species before, having instead photographed ground squirrels, especially at Amboseli and Samburu
