~ When living overseas, far from American supermarkets, one makes do with what's available. For Thanksgiving, 2016, in central China, a can of whole berry cranberry sauce, red onions, tomatoes and potatoes and three chicken legs are a superb feast! I'm grateful for my many blessings, including family, friends, good health and the time and freedom to enjoy nature's beauty. Happy Thanksgiving — 2016!
