~ The all-day game drive to Adamson's Falls and back went far longer than anticipated, exhausting both Anthony and Ni in the process. Our late lunch under the trees was largely eaten in silence, with a few wan smiles and soft comments. The fine lunch which had been kept for us reinvigorated flagging spirits. I was delighted to see the Murera Springs Eco-Lodge's signature dessert of honey-passion sauce on a cake. We returned to our separate lodgings for a welcome rest.
