~ Our timing was ideal for observing newborn calves of Connochaetes taurinus albojubatus, White-bearded Wildebeest...there was a nursery herd of four tiny calves napping in the morning sunshine, watched over by an older female...one mother lay down on the gras next to her infant, as shown in these images
