~ When I walked into the kitchen to check the progress of steaming chicken breasts, asparagus and tomatoes, I saw a full Moon newly risen over eastern Beijing…these are the first images of the Moon taken with the new Canon EOS 1D X camera and its first use with the EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II super telephoto lens…this also includes the first image uploaded with Chinese characters on it, as I've occasionally admired on the images of several Japanese nature photographers
