~ While Tong and Guoming were concentrating on the Papilio polytes on the Mimosa, I was standing near the small stream…I spotted a rapid bird motion, which turned out to be Orthotomus sutorius, Common Tailorbird, in a bush…shooting it was difficult due to heavily shaded low light conditions, and its location within the branches of the bush…these images were taken as I moved about, adjusting the Manfrotto monopod so as to aim the EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II super telephoto lens at the Tailorbird's perch…I especially like its bright, intelligent eyes
