~ Tonight was the 2012 lunar perigee…after the weekly English Corner I spotted the moon in clear skies, so went to my apartment and brought down the EOS 1D Mark IV and the EF 400mm f/5.6L super telephoto lens, mounted on the Manfrotto monopod…the image is intentionally dark in order to bring out lunar surface details
