~ We took a subway and bus ride out to Kadoorie Farm, which I'd visited last summer…as there was more than an hour wait until the bus going up the mountainside, it was ideal for a healthy organic lunch at the Sun Garden Café…Guoming and Tom had vegetable spaghetti and Tong had a sandwich…we ate under an umbrella in the sultry midday polluted air, which the next day's South China Morning Post confirmed was the highest humidity and the highest particulate pollution index ever recorded in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
