~ My Tsinghua University Teaching Assistant, DING Hongxu, visited me to cook pork and chives Jiaozi which his family had very kindly prepared for me…he was skillful in the kitchen, which I'd cleaned in anticipation of his visit…it was a pleasant Lunar New Year meal
