~ The day after visiting Peng Chau Island I remained all day in bed in the guesthouse, receuperating from leg cramps and the debilitation resulting from exertion in high humidity…Guoming and Tong at my urging went to Hong Kong Island, where they visited the Zoo and the Botanical Garden…that evening, I felt sufficiently strengthened to venture forth with them for dinner at The Spaghetti House…the minestrone soup and lasagna was restorative!
