~ This series shows birds spotted in the early morning around the parking lot where we were dropped off with our highly competent graduate student guides…two types of barbet, Megalaima asiatica amd Megalaima haemacephala, as well as Lanius schach and Hirundo striolata…it was a birdwatcher's paradise…we greatly enjoyed looking upward to spot them…these images were taken at quite a distance
