~This series was taken in the Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Beijing's Oriental Plaza...generously hosted by Montblanc in honor of the 90th anniversary of the Meisterstück fountain pen, it was an elegant seasonal meal accompanied by fine wines...the white wine may have been the finest I've ever drank...as there was off-color room lighting, the white balance of the images was irregular
