~ When I saw the blooms on this large, spreading tree, I asked Anthony to stop so that I might photograph it...quite unlike any other tree we saw in Tsavo West National Park, it was Delonix elata, a relative of the Poinciana tree...the flowers originally bloom white, fading with time into a rich orange hue
