~ During the prolonged downpour, I looked out the restaurant pavilion's window, seeking possible subjects for the camera lens…at a distance this Amaurornis phoenicurus (白胸苦恶鸟) was tentatively wading out into the water but without any apparent relish for the task…water droplets are clearly visible in these images, bouncing off of the water surface
