~ After we left the Mudflat Hide, our visit drew to a close…as we walked toward the Visitor Center, I spotted a solitary bulbul in a tree…although that in itself was not unusual, I took this single image…months later, while preparing to upload it, the species was identified as Pycnonotus aurigaster, Sooty-Headed Bulbul…that's the first time that I've ever seen or photographed this species…the second 'first' bird species of the day's visit
