~ During the first hour of an all-day game drive in Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve, we saw several Ardea melanocephala, 黑头鹭, Black-headed Heron, hunting on both sides of the dirt road…we stopped for many minutes, observing their march through dewy grass, assiduously hunting…this particular bird walked towards the safari van, eyes intent on the ground in hopes of finding prey
