~ Following the morning interviews, I walked around the local area near the Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences…when I saw the sign for Soleil de Provence, advertising 'Contemporary European Cuisine', I entered and ordered lunch…the meal, service and atmosphere were all pleaing…after lunch I was taken upstairs and shown the private rooms with period furnishings
